Infosys said that it has extended its strategic partnership with Belgian digital services and communications solutions provider Proximus Group for the digital transformation, development, and maintenance of the latter’s IT applications with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions.
The Indian IT services provider said that through the engagement, it will support the important digital initiatives and IT transformation programs of Proximus, while delivering structural cost reduction in a sustainable way.

Furthermore, Infosys will overlook the development, maintenance, as well as operations of the Belgian firm’s IT applications in a managed service model.
The Indian IT giant will also utilize its partner ecosystem to expedite the implementation of the strategic transformation initiatives for Proximus while driving optimal savings in costs.
