Infosys has been selected by Archrock, an American natural gas compression services provider, to power its field service technicians with digital technologies and mobile tools.
The Indian IT company, in this connection, will utilize its pre-configured accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Application to optimize and boost the efficiencies of the field services and operations.

According to Infosys, it was selected by Archrock for its vast experience and deep domain expertise in the energy sector, dedicated team, and strong capabilities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service space.
Infosys will be deploying the field services platform integrated with backend enterprise resource planning systems.

Recently, Infosys revealed that it has been working with the French Tennis Federation to power the French Open 2021 with artificial intelligence, immersive 3D, and digital platforms.
