Infosys BPM announces 400 new customer service jobs in Costa Rica

Infosys revealed that its business process management arm — Infosys BPM will add 400 customer service jobs in Costa Rica.

The Indian IT giant said that its Costa Rica team will support some of the major organizations in the world in helping them steer their digital transformation journeys.

Infosys BPM is expected to offer the new recruits critical training and growth opportunities.

Currently, the Infosys business process management unit is said to have a skilled workforce of over 300 people across a diverse portfolio of services, including sales and fulfillment, customer services, sourcing and procurement, human resource outsourcing, legal process management, and robotic process automation (RPA).

The 400 new customer service jobs will be filled up by Infosys at various job levels and will be spread across these service lines, with the main focus on customer service.

In December 2021, Infosys said that Infosys BPM will expand its footprint in Ireland by opening a new delivery center in Waterford.
