Info Edge (India) to acquire recruitment software provider Zwayam Digital

Info Edge (India) Ltd, a pure play internet company, said that its board of directors has sanctioned its INR 61 crore acquisition of Zwayam Digital Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based intelligent recruitment software provider.

The Naukri.com owner said that the all-cash deal will help it strengthen its position further in the online recruitment solutions segment. Naukri.com, the flagship brand of Info Edge (India) has been a leading job search site in India for many years.

Zwayam Digital is engaged in providing SaaS based sourcing and screening recruitment solutions. The company is said to offer end-to-end recruitment solutions with configurable plug and play modules.

Founded in the 2015 summer, the recruitment software provider had registered a turnover of INR6.46 crores in 2020-21. The company’s products include talent acquisition suite and workforce productivity suite.

Some of the clients of Zwayam Digital include Mindtree, Flipkart, Dr. Reddy’s, Coforge, Rakuten, Walmart, DCB Bank, Bajaj Alliance, and others.

Info Edge acquisition of Zwayam Digital is contingent on fulfillment of some preceding conditions. It is expected to close by the month-end.
