Industrial Service Solutions (ISS) has successfully completed the acquisition of Electric Motor Technologies, LLC (EMT), a key electromechanical service provider in southern Ohio. Announced on May 1, 2024, this strategic move aims to bolster ISS’s service offerings in the region, enhancing access to a comprehensive range of industrial services for EMT’s existing clientele.
This acquisition is set to enrich ISS’s portfolio by integrating EMT’s specialized capabilities in motor and servo repairs with ISS’s extensive services in rotating equipment, process equipment, and inspection services. The deal ensures that EMT’s current leadership and workforce will continue their operations, preserving the company’s operational integrity and expertise, which have been fundamental to its success.
Under the new agreement, Electric Motor Technologies will maintain its operational base at its three facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio, ensuring continuity for clients and employees.
