Indian medical devices company Poly Medicure creates US subsidiary

Poly Medicure Limited, an Indian medical devices company, has announced the incorporation of a step-down subsidiary called PolyHealth Medical Inc. in the US.

PolyHealth Medical Inc. is a fully-owned subsidiary of Poly Medicure B.V., Netherlands, which in turn is 100% owned by Poly Medicure Limited.

Based in Dover, Delaware, PolyHealth Medical Inc. will be engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of medical devices.

Poly Medicure Limited is said to have five manufacturing facilities in India, of which three are in Faridabad, while the remaining two are in Jaipur and Haridwar.

The Indian medical devices company also has three facilities in other parts of the world in Italy, China, and Egypt.
