Infosys has opened its Sydney Living Lab, a high-tech co-creation space in Sydney, New South Wales (NSW), to expedite digital innovation.
The Infosys Sydney Living Lab is part of a network of more than 20 such digital innovation hubs that have been set up globally by the Indian IT giant, which includes one in Melbourne, which was unveiled in April 2022.
According to Infosys, the new NSW Living Lab is a co-creation space that occupies an area of 160sqm in the company’s new Sydney office.
NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet said: “Infosys’ further investment into New South Wales signifies its commitment to driving innovation and collaboration in the state to help us further strengthen our digital economy and drive jobs.”
The Infosys Sydney Living Lab is said to bring together the company’s digital ecosystem including clients, start-ups, partners, academia as well as government for inspiring and nurturing innovative digital solutions.
Infosys said that more than 100 digital experiences are available to draw from solution accelerators and services at the new digital innovation hub in Sydney. These include Infosys Metaverse Foundry, Cyber Security, Cloud services via Infosys Cobalt, Edu Tech (Digital Learning), Sustainability, and co-creation workshops with the product and portfolio development offerings of Infosys Consulting.
The Infosys Sydney Living Lab will also offer the human experience design expertise of WONGDOODY to raise brand and business interactions.
