ICICI Bank launches InstaFX app for authorized money changers
ICICI Bank, an Indian private sector bank, has launched InstaFX, a new mobile app for authorized money changers or forex partners, for helping customers of any bank swiftly get ‘ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card’.
Authorized money changers, who are partners of the ICICI Bank, through the InstaFX app can complete the KYC verification and validation of customers digitally and in real-time.
The Indian private sector bank said that the new mobile application considerably enhances customer convenience as the ‘ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card’ is swiftly activated inside a few hours, when compared to the industry practice of up to two days.

Sudipta Roy – Head of ICICI Bank Unsecured Assets said: “The app enhances convenience of customers, even if they are not customers of our bank, as it facilitates swift activation of the ‘ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card’. For example, if customers apply for it through this process while leaving a domestic airport, the ‘ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card’ will be ready to use even before they reach their international destination.
