  3. Strategic Alignment Between C-suite and IT: Alignment between executive leadership and IT departments is another hallmark of AI Leaders. Seventy-two percent report full alignment on AI objectives, whereas only 36% of Learners indicate such cohesion. This strategic alignment enables focused investment in key areas such as customer experience, IT automation, virtual assistance, and cybersecurity—domains where AI Leaders are 80% more likely to invest.
  4. Customization Capabilities: Adaptability is key, with 72% of AI Leaders confident in their ability to customize AI solutions to maximize value, compared to 33% of Learners. Notably, 61% of Leaders utilize Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to develop bespoke AI solutions, a practice followed by only 28% of Learners.
