Global insurance brokerage Hub International has acquired the assets of Canada-based Prince Albert Insurance for an undisclosed price.
Prince Albert Insurance is an insurance brokerage located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The company offers personal, commercial, farm and specialty products insurance, which are expected to complement and bolster the existing capabilities of Hub International.
Ron Wesolowski, who is the vice president and also director of Prince Albert Insurance will join HUB International Manitoba and will operate under Keith Jordan, Hub’s president and CEO in the region.
