HR Path Group acquires GroupeX Solutions to strengthen North American presence

HR Path Group, a global leader in human resources and digital transformation solutions, has announced the acquisition of GroupeX Solutions, a well-regarded HRIS consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada. This acquisition marks one of the largest investments by HR Path to expand its presence in North America, enhancing its capabilities in Human Capital Management (HCM).

GroupeX Solutions, recognized for its expertise with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, WorkForce Software, and Dayforce, has been a key service provider to leading companies across various industries. This acquisition not only expands HR Path’s geographical footprint but also enriches its consulting practice, strengthening its position as a leader in the North American HCM market.

François Boulet, President of HR Path, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition. “Canada has been pivotal to our global expansion since our first move there in 2011. With previous acquisitions like AvenueHR and InTalent, and now GroupeX, we solidify our leadership in North America’s Human Capital Management,” said Boulet. He highlighted the acquisition as a testament to HR Path’s commitment to delivering top-tier HR solutions globally.
