The US bakery company said that it is recalling the impacted food products out of an abundance of caution after coming to know of the issue from its co-manufacturer — Best Harvest Bakeries.

It said that it did not get any reports of illness related to the impacted products.

The company further stated that as Best Harvest Bakeries manufactures only certain Hostess hamburger buns and hot dog buns for it, no other Hostess products are impacted, which include Hostess bread and bagel products.
