Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) said that it is planning to recruit up to 250 remote customer service representatives in Quebec for supporting the ongoing growth of its Canadian entity.

The Indian IT service management company will be providing local expertise to Quebec firms who want to excel in the area of customer service.

In Canada, Hinduja Global Solutions’ customer service representatives have been working from home for more than a decade. The customer service representatives are said to use a platform, which has been exclusively developed for the requirements of their main business clients.

Some of the clients include various Canadian firms which are specialized in telecommunications and different Crown corporations that want to boost customer loyalty by providing familiar voices over the phone.

Hinduja Global Solutions is part of the Indian conglomerate Hinduja Group. The company has more than 41,110 employees working across 59 delivery centers in seven countries.

For the year that ended 31 March 2020, the Indian IT service management company had revenues of $737 million.
