Hinduja Global Solutions ropes in Patrick Elliott as HGS UK CEO
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) said that it has appointed Patrick Elliott as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for HGS UK, the company’s operations in the UK.
The India-based provider of digital consumer experience (CX), business process management (BPM), and digital media services, expects Patrick Elliott to focus on growing the business in the region.
To be based in London, the new HGS UK CEO will also be an important member of the company’s global advisory board and take part in corporate strategy, said Hinduja Global Solutions, which is part of the Hinduja Group.

According to Hinduja Global Solutions, Patrick Elliott is an experienced leader who has built and grown profitable businesses in IT services, telecom, and business services. He has over three decades of experience and has shown his capability in business transformation, bringing in growth and turning around businesses within large corporates as well as smaller entrepreneurial environments.
Before joining HGS UK, he had a 10-year stint with Capita where the last three years he spent to help redefine and lead strategy for the firm’s digital business. In the past, Patrick Elliott was in senior management positions at The Instant Group, SAIC, Serco, Opta, Orange, BT Cellnet, and Philips.
