Hero MotoCorp, an Indian manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has introduced the highly anticipated Xtreme 160R 4V, further solidifying its presence in the premium motorcycle segment.

The new addition to the Xtreme brand promises an exhilarating experience and aims to captivate the youth worldwide with its revamped X-range of premium motorcycles.

Unveiled at the Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in Jaipur, Hero MotoCorp’s cutting-edge R&D facility, the Xtreme 160R 4V boasts an impressive combination of performance, masculine aesthetics, intelligent connectivity features, and enhanced control. It offers motorcyclists an unparalleled package that sets a new standard in the industry.

The Xtreme 160R 4V will be available in three variants, which are Standard, Connected 2.0, and Pro. The Pro variant comes with Upside Down forks, adding to its allure. These variants will be showcased at Hero MotoCorp showrooms across the country, offering price points of INR 127,300/- (Standard), INR 132,800/- (Connected 2.0), and INR 136,500 (Pro), respectively, making it an enticing proposition for potential buyers.

Powering the Xtreme 160R 4V is a cutting-edge 163cc 4 Valve Air-Oil cooled BS-VI (OBD-II+E20) compliant engine. This engine delivers an outstanding power output of 16.9 Ps @ 8500 RPM and a peak torque of 14.6Nm @ 6500 rpm, setting new benchmarks in real-world performance. With class-leading acceleration, the motorcycle achieves the impressive feat of reaching 0-60 km/h in just 4.41 seconds. It is also the fastest 160cc motorcycle in its segment, excelling in drag races, 0-100 km/h sprints, and top-speed performance.

The Xtreme 160R 4V ensures razor-sharp handling and precise control with its advanced features. Equipped with a best-in-class 37mm dia inverted Front Fork Suspension by KYB (available in the Pro variant) and a 7-step Pre-Load adjustable rear suspension, it strikes the perfect balance between comfort and maneuverability.

The motorcycle’s revised geometry enhances agility, making it feel incredibly stable on the road and providing confidence during high-speed cornering. Furthermore, the Xtreme 160R 4V boasts the lowest-in-class kerb weight of 144 kg (Base & Connected 2.0 Variant) and 145 kg (Pro Variant), offering exceptional responsiveness and agility. It is also equipped with powerful petal disc brakes for enhanced safety.

Featuring a sporty and muscular design, the Xtreme 160R 4V exudes an unmatched aura of road dominance and athleticism. The motorcycle showcases an aerodynamic and chiseled fuel tank, an under cowl, and a rear grip that contribute to its overall captivating appearance. The robotic Headlamp, accompanied by new fairing winglets, enhances its aggressive stance. Additionally, the Xtreme 160R 4V provides interchangeable seats with both single and split options, further enhancing rider comfort and convenience.

Comfort and ride quality are paramount in the Xtreme 160R 4V. Its well-balanced ergonomics provide ample support, freedom of movement, and increased legroom for both the rider and the pillion. The lowered handlebar, along with the comfortable pillion split seat option and split rear grips, ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

The Xtreme 160R 4V is packed with advanced technology features, adding convenience and ensuring a comfortable ride even during long journeys. The motorcycle sports an all-LED package, including position lamps, low beams, high beams, tail lamps, signature tail lamps, and winkers, lending it a distinctive sporty-aggressive look.

The inverted speedometer provides riders with comprehensive control, displaying over 20 features such as Bluetooth Status, Battery Health Status, Service Alert, Gear Position, ABS/Engine Malfunction, and Call/SMS/Missed Call alerts.

Introducing Hero Connect 2.0, the Xtreme 160R 4V takes the riding experience to new heights. This feature enriches the journey by delivering 25+ crucial notifications about the vehicle’s health and safety through the motorcycle’s display and mobile app. It offers security features like Remote Immobilization, Geo Fence, theft alerts, and battery removal notifications.

The safety aspect is further reinforced with SOS alerts, low fuel warnings, over-speeding notifications, and topple alerts. The motorcycle also includes navigation services, real-time vehicle tracking, driving reports, and Bluetooth-enabled features such as calls, SMS alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation.

With its captivating color schemes, the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V offers attractive options for different variants. The Standard variant (Single Ch ABS with Front & Rear Disc) is available in Blazing Sports Red and Matt Slate Black.

The Connected 2.0 variant (Single Ch ABS With Front & Rear Disc) comes in Matt Slate Black, while the Pro variant (Single Ch ABS With Front & Rear Disc, USD Forks, Split Seat) offers Neon Shooting Star and Matt Slate Black options.
