Hero MotoCorp commences customer deliveries of VIDA V1 e- scooter in India
Hero MotoCorp has delivered its first VIDA V1 e- scooter from VIDA’s Experience Center in Bengaluru, India, commencing customer deliveries of the electric vehicle.
The Vida V1 is available in two variants – Plus and Pro, and comes with removable batteries and three-way charging options.
The electric vehicle with a top-speed of 80km/h can accelerate from 0-40 km/h in 3.2 seconds and has a range 163kms on a single charge, according to Hero MotoCorp.

The VIDA V1 features cruise control, boost mode, custom mode, two-way throttle, a 7-inch touch-screen, and keyless control.
Dr Swadesh Srivastava — Hero MotoCorp Emerging Mobility Business Unit Head, said: “We are delighted to initiate customer deliveries of the VIDA V1.
“The deliveries are beginning from Bengaluru and will commence in other cities in a phased manner, just like the roll-out of the physical assets of our omnichannel approach.
“The ‘Worry-free EV ecosystem’ of VIDA is available in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR and Jaipur, making EV ownership and usership simple and worry-free for customers here.
“Our tech-stack and physical assets are built to uplift the customer experience.”
Customers can test-ride the Vida V1 at VIDA Experience Centers located in Bengaluru and Jaipur, and pop-up stores in Delhi-NCR.
Deliveries are soon to follow in Jaipur and Delhi, according to the Indian automobile manufacturer.
