HCL Technologies to expedite digital transformation of Royal DSM
HCL Technologies has entered into a multi-year deal with Dutch science-based company Royal DSM for driving the modernization of the latter’s core IT business systems and their move to a product-based IT operating model.
By adopting a cloud-first strategy, agile delivery, and next-generation security and network practice, the Indian IT services company plans to help expedite the digital transformation of DSM. For this, HCL Technologies will aim to create a group-wide digital work environment that is seamlessly connected to support the sustainable efforts in product innovation and growth ambitions of DSM.

HCL Technologies said that its Fenix 2.0 digital execution framework will bring in best practices and fast track transformation at scale across the business units and product lines of the Dutch firm. By harnessing next-generation automation and analytics, the Indian It firm intends to improve IT service delivery for nearly 18,000 end users across 200 sites in 50 plus countries.
