HCL Technologies rolls out Fluid Workplace Services for frontline workforce
HCL Technologies (HCLTech) said that it has widened its partnership with Microsoft and Zebra Technologies to roll out Fluid Workplace Services, a suite of modern and connected workplace solutions to frontline worker populations spanning various industries.
According to the Indian technology company, trends towards hybrid and remote work have mainly benefited professionals in information technology, but most frontline employees continue to utilize paper-based and manual procedures.
In this regard, HCL Technologies, Microsoft, and Zebra Technologies seek to improve processes to let frontline workers provide high-quality customer support.
Marianne Roling — Microsoft Vice President of Global System Integrators said: “Frontline workers, who rely on manual and paper-based processes to get work done today, will now have access to cloud-powered workplace solutions and services.

Fluid Workplace Services is said to harness the extensive portfolio of HCL Technologies that covers every aspect of the ‘business to employee’ value chain to offer security to frontline employees through the creation of a community with a wealth of experience at the forefront.
Microsoft and Zebra Technologies’ essential resources, which range from durable designed, purpose-built equipment as well as support services, will continue to expand through the global implementation and integration with HCL Technologies.
As technology for workplaces continues to evolve, providing workers with the most recent advancements is vital to the creation of integrated solutions. It’s said to be an important strategic goal of HCL Technologies, Microsoft, and Zebra Technologies.
