Indian technology company HCL Technologies (HCLTech) and Microsoft are set to broaden their strategic alliance to harness the power of generative artificial intelligence (AI).
The collaboration aims to develop joint solutions that boost enterprise outcomes and drive business transformation.
Benefiting from HCLTech’s extensive industry-specific expertise and Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, clients can anticipate innovative solutions to bolster employee productivity, streamline IT operations, expedite application development, and optimize business processes. Azure OpenAI Service offers REST (Representational State Transfer) API access to OpenAI’s language models, such as the GPT-3, Codex, and Embeddings model series.
HCLTech will also inaugurate a Microsoft Cloud Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI CoE). The GenAI CoE will focus on creating industry-specific solutions, utilizing generative AI to provide personalized, data-driven experiences to customers, enhance decision-making processes, and spur business growth.

Furthermore, HCLTech intends to fast-track its digital transformation by integrating Microsoft 365 and Viva Copilot capabilities to invigorate its business processes and boost employee engagement and productivity.
