Godrej Properties records historic sales with Godrej Woodscapes launch in Bengaluru
Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), a prominent leader in India’s real estate sector, today announced a record-breaking sale of over 2,000 homes in its Bengaluru project, Godrej Woodscapes, amounting to over INR 3,150 crores. This achievement not only marks the company’s most successful launch to date in terms of value and volume but also signifies a major milestone in the real estate market of South India.
Located in the thriving Whitefield-Budigere Cross area of Bengaluru, Godrej Woodscapes has quickly become a sought-after destination for homeowners and investors alike. This project’s success follows closely on the heels of another remarkable launch by GPL that achieved INR 3,000 crore in sales within the past three months.
The recent sales surge in Bengaluru has propelled GPL to over 500% quarter-over-quarter growth, surpassing its full-year FY24 sales targets for South India in just the first quarter of FY25. Such impressive performance underscores the strong market demand and Godrej Properties’ effective strategy in the region.
Godrej Woodscapes is part of a broader success story for GPL, being the second project to cross the INR 2000+ crore mark in sales during the current quarter. Over the last four quarters, six of Godrej Properties’ launches have each sold inventory worth more than INR 2,000 crores at launch, including notable projects like Godrej Jardinia in Noida and Godrej Zenith in Gurgaon.
With a robust launch pipeline set for FY25, Godrej Properties is not only enhancing its portfolio in Bengaluru but is also making strategic moves into the Hyderabad market. These initiatives are expected to significantly strengthen the company’s presence across South India.
