Godrej Properties launches phase 2 of Godrej Woods residential project

Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties claims to have raked in INR 575 crores worth of sales in a single day by launching the second phase of its Godrej Woods residential project in Noida.

Godrej Properties said that its forest-themed phase dubbed as Evergreen helped the total sales in the Noida residential project in the past six months reach nearly INR 1,140 crores.

The real estate company sold 340 homes with an area spanning over half a million square feet on the first day of the project launch.

Located in Noida – Sector 43, Godrej Woods homes are said to be built amid a lush green development having more than 600 trees.

The Godrej Woods residential project will provide amenities like infinity-edge pools, a café, modern clubhouse, rivulet, forest trail, orchards, and an elevated walkway.

Godrej Properties, which forayed into the NCR Market in 2010, has so far added 17 projects in five cities, of which six projects have been completed.
