Globant acquires Iteris Holding to bolster digital transformation in Brazil

The company has acquired Iteris Holding Ltda., a Brazilian consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation. Founded in 2009 in São Paulo, Iteris Holding has established itself as a key player in the Brazilian technology sector. The firm boasts a team of over 600 professionals, developing comprehensive solutions across various industries including payments & banking, manufacturing, communications, education, retail, and healthcare. Their client list includes some of Brazil’s most prominent brands such as Fiserv, PagBank, Julius Baer, Nubank, Nutrien, Globo, C&A, Reckitt, and Heineken.
