Globant acquires Iteris Holding to bolster digital transformation in Brazil
Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a leading digitally native company recognized for its innovative technology solutions, today announced a significant acquisition, further expanding its influence in the global tech sphere. The company has acquired Iteris Holding Ltda., a Brazilian consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation. This move strengthens Globant’s operations in Brazil, adding top local digital capabilities and a notable client roster.
Founded in 2009 in São Paulo, Iteris Holding has established itself as a key player in the Brazilian technology sector. The firm boasts a team of over 600 professionals, developing comprehensive solutions across various industries including payments & banking, manufacturing, communications, education, retail, and healthcare. Their client list includes some of Brazil’s most prominent brands such as Fiserv, PagBank, Julius Baer, Nubank, Nutrien, Globo, C&A, Reckitt, and Heineken.
