Fountainhead Consulting acquires construction management company PPM Group
Fountainhead Consulting Corporation has acquired PPM Group Inc., a US-based project and construction management company, focused on transportation, public works, and infrastructure construction.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Fountainhead Consulting said that it will implement its transition plan and merging process pertaining to the acquisition in the coming months.

Based in Fontana, California, PPM Group offers construction management professionals such as civil engineers, CPM schedulers, construction inspectors, claims analysts, as well as document control and labor compliance specialties to clients in the infrastructure, highway, rail, airport, facility, and utility markets.
