Fineotex Chemical creates JV with biotech solutions provider HealthGuard

Fineotex Chemical Limited, an Indian specialty chemical producer, has forged a joint venture (JV) agreement with biotech solutions provider HealthGuard Australia.

The Indian firm will become the exclusive global marketing and sales channel partner of HealthGuard Australia with joint operations from Malaysia.

With the partnership, Fineotex Chemical will add metal-free safety to its portfolio to serve customers globally with all the necessary global certifications.

HealthGuard will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions which will be marketed and channelized around the world by Fineotex-Biotex, its exclusive channel partner for the full variety of products over various industries such as textile, leather, detergent, and allied industries.

The synergy between HealthGuard and Fineotex-Biotex will offer solutions that are the most durable metal-free sustainable chemistry with no silver, no zinc, no copper, anti-microbial as well as anti-viral sustainable chemistry in the market.
