Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain Fazoli’s is all set to open a new franchised restaurant in Washington in Missouri State today.
Fazoli’s locations will move up to 19 in Missouri with this latest addition in Washington.
The Fazoli’s Washington MO restaurant can be found at 3161 Phoenix Center Drive while having a new design compared to the other Fazoli’s locations elsewhere.
Owners of Fazoli’s Washington MO restaurant are Brad Swederska, a businessman and Fred Travis, a professor at the University of Missouri.
Swederska said: “As a family with young children, it was important that we offered our guests a family friendly fast-casual dining option. With a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, Fazoli’s all-new design enhances the dining experience, especially for families.”
Fazoli’s has around 220 casual Italian restaurants that serve entrees Submarinos sandwiches, salads, sphagettis and pizza across 24 US states. It also provides catering services to customers.
Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, Fazoli’s was originally named as Gratzi’s when it was founded in 1988.
The casual Italian restaurant chain is currently owned by private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners and it offers franchise opportunities for entrepreneurs throughout the US.
Sentinel Capital Partners acquired Fazoli’s casual Italian restaurant chain in 2015 at an undisclosed sum from Sun Capital Partners.
Looking to expand its brand further, Fazoli’s is inviting entrepreneurs to buy its franchise opportunity. The casual Italian restaurant chain says that the franchise owner should invest 20% of total project cost while having an investment capability of $750,000 per restaurant.
