Exemplis acquires e-commerce home furniture retailer Edloe Finch

Exemplis, a furniture manufacturer based in California, has acquired e-commerce home furniture retailer Edloe Finch for an undisclosed price.

Based in Texas, Edloe Finch is also the parent company to Albany Park and its acquisition is expected to grow the Exemplis portfolio of brands.

According to Exemplis, for Edloe Finch, it will be business as usual. The e-commerce home furniture retailer will continue to independently operate. All home furniture products will continue to be ordered from, and its respective factories and customer service teams will fulfil and service them.
