ettain group acquires management consulting firm Centerline Partners

US-based talent solutions provider ettain group has acquired management consulting firm Centerline Partners for an undisclosed price.

Centerline Partners, which was established in 2007, offers requirements and program management consultants from business case through program completion in the life sciences market. The company has offices in Beverly, Massachusetts and Bridgewater, New Jersey.

On the other hand, ettain group, which was founded in 1996, employs around 5,000 professionals across the US. The company has 19 offices in 18 key markets with a focus on technology, IT, healthcare, digital, professional, and government solutions.

ettain group has been a portfolio company of Alvarez & Marsal Capital (A&M Capital), since 2019.

The acquisition is expected to enable the talent solutions provider to bolster its consulting capabilities further and its footprint in the life sciences space.
