Ericsson and Wipro Limited have successfully transformed Odido’s billing infrastructure by migrating 5 million customers to the cloud-native Ericsson Billing platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This large-scale transformation was executed in just one weekend, allowing Odido to roll out new 5G services like the Netherlands’ first fixed-wireless access (FWA) solution, Klik&Klaar.

The migration marks a significant milestone in Odido’s modernization strategy, following the earlier transition of 700,000 Ben MVNO users in November 2023. This comprehensive migration means all of Odido’s B2B and B2C customers are now integrated into the Ericsson Billing system, providing enhanced operational efficiency and an improved customer experience.

Wipro acted as the end-to-end system integrator for the project, collaborating closely with Ericsson and Odido. The seamless integration of Ericsson Billing into Odido’s IT landscape simplifies the customer journey, reduces operating costs, and lowers the company’s technical debt.
