eplus acquires ABS Technology : ePlus, a US-based consultative technology solutions provider, has acquired certain assets and liabilities of Innovative Technology Systems & Solutions (doing business as “ABS Technology”), expanding its geographical presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Post-acquisition, ePlus will further establish its foothold in commercial accounts, and industry verticals such as healthcare, education, and government.

ABS, specialized in managed services, networking, collaboration, and security solutions, will also add to ePlus’ existing solutions portfolio, including cloud, data center, security, and AI/emerging solutions.

Financial details of eplus acquisition of ABS Technology, which was closed on 23 August 2019 were not disclosed.
