The Nordex Group has bagged an order to supply wind turbines for the 94.4MW EOL TODA ENERGIA 2 wind farm in Brazil from TODA Investimentos do Brasil.
As per the contract, the German wind turbine manufacturer will deliver 16 of its N163/5.X turbines for the Brazilian wind farm to be constructed near Pedro Avelino in Rio Grande do Norte state.
Nordex Group plans to install turbines of the EOL TODA ENERGIA 2 wind farm in Q2 2024. The company said that it will install the onshore wind turbines on 120 m-long concrete towers manufactured at its Lajes plant in Rio Grande do Norte.
TODA Investimentos do Brasil is a subsidiary of Japan-based TODA Corporation, which is involved in renewable energy and other activities, with branches in Japan, Brazil, the US, and regions of Africa and South-East Asia.
