Embraer bags $1.2bn order for 15 new E195-E2 aircraft

Embraer, a Brazil-based aerospace company, has bagged a new firm order from an undisclosed customer to supply 15 new E195-E2 aircraft.

The order is worth $1.17 billion at list price and will be added to the fourth quarter of 2022 backlog, said the NYSE-listed Embraer which produces aircraft for commercial and executive aviation, agricultural, and defense and security customers.

In October 2022, Embraer won an order from German travel agency company TUI Group for its E195-E2 aircraft.
