EaseMyTrip expands reach with new offline retail stores in Delhi and Agra
In a strategic move to expand its customer base and offer bespoke travel experiences, EaseMyTrip.com, a frontrunner in India‘s online travel tech domain, has inaugurated its latest offline retail stores in Delhi‘s bustling Rohini Sector 3, at Aggarwal City Plaza, and Agra’s prime CR Mall in Civil Lines. These store launches mark the brand’s ongoing efforts to amplify its footprint across India through a robust franchising network.
The newly established retail spaces will offer an extensive suite of services, catering to a broad spectrum of travel needs. From flight, hotel, bus, train, and cab bookings to premium vacation, cruise, and charter packages, customers can anticipate a holistic travel booking experience. In an exclusive inaugural offer, the first 100 patrons, whether they walk in or book online, can avail a Rs. 600 discount on bookings amounting to Rs. 4000 or more.
Elevating the customer experience, these stores feature contemporary interiors, adhering to the brand’s signature aesthetics and colors. This alignment is aimed at enhancing brand recall and ensuring top-tier customer servicing.
Reflecting on this expansion, Rikant Pittie, Co-Founder of EaseMyTrip, shared, “Our overarching vision has always been to exceed customer expectations, offering them a comprehensive solution for their travel aspirations. Our offline expansion, beginning with these flagship stores in Delhi and Agra, is a testament to this commitment. With a dominant online presence already established, we’re eager to augment our brand’s visibility and deliver unparalleled experiences via our offline retail outlets in pivotal markets.”
Earlier this year, the travel giant introduced its flagship brand, EaseMyTrip Franchise. This marked the beginning of its offline foray, and since its inception, five stores have been launched in different Indian cities under this franchising model. The most recent addition prior to this was in Ludhiana earlier this month.
