The acquisition brings together DZYNE’s expertise in long endurance intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and innovative launched effect platforms with High Point’s leading-edge air defense technologies. This merger creates a comprehensive platform that includes autonomous aircraft technologies, C-UAS solutions, AI/software technologies, and mission operations capabilities, positioning DZYNE to provide end-to-end technology solutions for critical defense missions.

Matt McCue, CEO of DZYNE Technologies, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition: “By combining cutting-edge, mission-proven C-UAS technologies with our cost disruptive airborne ISR platforms, DZYNE is positioned to offer comprehensive mission solutions for our country’s most crucial missions sets.”

Following the acquisition, Al White, former CEO of High Point, will manage the C-UAS business as EVP of Air Defense Technologies at DZYNE. The leadership team also sees new appointments, including Jeff Payne as CFO and Dr. Jeff Maas as CTO, with other strategic roles aimed at driving forward the company’s vision in defense technology.
