Brigade Enterprises partners with Agni Estates for new commercial project in Chennai
Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced a significant new venture, the Brigade Tech Boulevard, by entering into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Agni Estates & Foundations Pvt Ltd. This collaboration aims to develop a ‘Grade A’ office space located on the bustling Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai. With an investment of approximately ₹400 crores, the project is set to feature two towers encompassing a total leasable area of 8.36 lakh square feet.
This project marks Brigade Group’s next major commercial launch following the successful completion of the iconic World Trade Center on OMR, Chennai. The new development is strategically positioned to cater to a diverse office market, with demand stemming from multiple industry sectors including IT, ITeS, engineering, automotive, and banking.
Ms. Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, highlighted the project’s alignment with market demands for sustainable and digitally connected office spaces. “Brigade Tech Boulevard will be of world-class quality, with a significant focus on sustainability, similar to all our commercial developments across cities,” stated Ms. Shankar. She also noted the positive leasing momentum in the area, bolstered by previous pre-leasing commitments along Radial Road.
