Dye & Durham acquires British legal tech firm Insight Legal Software

Dye & Durham, a Canada-based provider of cloud-based legal practice management software, has acquired British software firm in a move to boost its practice management software offering for the legal community in the UK.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 2011, Insight Legal Software provides legal practice management technology to over 900 clients and 5,000 users across the UK.

The British legal technology company has developed an all-in-one practice management platform that brings together legal accounts, firm management, case management, and a range of integrations designed to enable legal professionals in enhancing the efficiency of their daily operations.
