Dataprise acquires Phoenix IT to expand cybersecurity services to Arizona

Dataprise, a prominent provider of managed services and managed security services, has announced its acquisition of Phoenix IT, a notable cybersecurity incident response and managed service provider based in Arizona. This strategic move is set to enhance Dataprise’s cybersecurity offerings and broaden its regional footprint to include Phoenix, Arizona.

The acquisition will significantly augment Dataprise’s cybersecurity platform by integrating Phoenix IT’s Incident Response and Remediation Services. This expansion aligns with Dataprise’s mission to combine high-calibre, enterprise-grade solutions with localised, personalised service for an enhanced client experience. Phoenix IT’s reputation for robust incident response and recovery services will contribute to this mission by providing comprehensive solutions and extending Dataprise’s reach within the Phoenix market.
