Datamatics Global Services deploys TruBot RPA solution for Western Bainoona

Datamatics Global Services said that it has implemented , a (RPA) solution, at Western Bainoona Group (WBG), an engineering and construction company in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

The Indian company said that the implementation saw digitizing four key processes during the first stage of RPA alongside the implementation of (IoT) for data and payment processing flow that is seamless and error-free.

said that as part of the automation initiative, the company and its partner — SAISOFT ITC, an IT services company based in the UAE, automated end-to-end fleet payment processing for Western Bainoona Group.

Mitul Mehta — Datamatics Global Services Marketing and Communications SVP said: “WBG is a pioneer in digital transformation in its industry, and we are excited to partner with Saisoft to enable WBG to achieve their digital transformation goals.”

According to the Indian firm, Western Bainoona Group in the past had faced various challenges because of slow, manual processing of the documents. The challenges included delays in payment, payment processing errors, and high turn-around time, which is said to have affected the company’s overall efficiency of the corresponding processes.

Datamatics Global Services said that its flagship RPA product — Datamatics TruBot enabled the users at Western Bainoona Group to quickly track and access documents. This led to quicker payment processing and better use of the existing human resources for increased employee and customer satisfaction.
