Datamatics Global Services deploys TruBot RPA solution for Western Bainoona

Datamatics Global Services said that it has implemented Datamatics TruBot, a robotics process automation (RPA) solution, at Western Bainoona Group (WBG), an engineering and construction company in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

The Indian company said that the implementation saw digitizing four key processes during the first stage of RPA alongside the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) for data and payment processing flow that is seamless and error-free.

Datamatics Global Services said that as part of the automation initiative, the company and its partner — SAISOFT ITC, an IT services company based in the UAE, automated end-to-end fleet payment processing for Western Bainoona Group.

According to the Indian firm, Western Bainoona Group in the past had faced various challenges because of slow, manual processing of the documents. The challenges included delays in payment, payment processing errors, and high turn-around time, which is said to have affected the company’s overall efficiency of the corresponding processes.
