Core & Main to acquire Lock City Supply in New York

Core & Main, a Missouri-based water, sewer, and fire protection products distributor, has agreed to acquire considerably all of the assets of Lock City Supply, a New York-based distributor of water and wastewater products.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition will allow us to better serve our combined customer base alongside a great group of people and we’re excited to welcome them into the Core & Main family.”

Founded in 1973, Lock City Supply caters to municipal and utility markets in the Buffalo market and surrounding areas with a range of water and wastewater materials. The company’s facility is located in Lockport, New York.
