Core & Main to acquire Lock City Supply in New York

Core & Main, a Missouri-based water, sewer, and fire protection products distributor, has agreed to acquire considerably all of the assets of , a New York-based distributor of water and wastewater products.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
