Converge Technology Solutions acquires Visucom and School Supplies 4.0
Converge Technology Solutions, a Canadian IT and cloud solutions provider, has acquired Germany-based Visucom and its subsidiary — School Supplies 4.0.
Visucom, which is headquartered in Walzbachtal, supplies professional screens, loudspeakers, interactive blackboards, projectors, cameras, displays, and media controls. The company has been catering to education and public sector clients for nearly 35 years.
Additionally, Visucom provides on-site installations and training in addition to neutral advice, planning, and equipment for all media device manufacturers.
In 2020, Visucom acquired School Supplies 4.0.

Visucom is the 27th acquisition executed by Converge Technology Solutions or its affiliates since October 2017.
