Confidence Futuristic Energetech Ltd. said that its CEO Jarugula Siva Prasad has put down his papers because of pre occupancy and personal reason.
The Indian LPG retailer company said that there is no any material reason for Jarugula Siva Prasad’s resignation.
In a filing to the BSE, Confidence Futuristic Energetech, stated: “This is to inform The Exchange that the Mr. Jarugula Siva Prasad, Chief Executive Officer has been resigned from the company w.e.f. 12th June, 2021 due to pre occupancy and personal reason.”
The registered office of the LPG bottler and LPG cylinder manufacturing company is in New Delhi while its corporate office is in Nagpur. The company owns the GoGas Elite brand of composite LPG cylinder.
