Concentric acquires Midwestern industrial power expert Indy Power Grid

Concentric, a US-based DC power management and on-site maintenance provider for the material handling and critical power industries, has acquired Midwestern industrial power expert Indy Power Grid.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Indy Power Grid has been providing services and supplies to sustain operations at peak performance via robust power management. The company’s team is said to have 75 years of industry experience.

Based in Indianapolis, Indy Power Grid is an authorized dealer for the products of Hawker Powersource.

The service capabilities of Indy Power Grid are said to range from diagnostics and repairs of batteries and chargers to planned maintenance programs. The company also sells and offers new equipment, rental and used batteries and chargers.
