The launch of the Advanced AI Lab comes at a pivotal time for enterprises grappling with AI’s evolving landscape. Research indicates a notable dissatisfaction among executives regarding their companies’ AI progress, with 66% expressing ambivalence or dissatisfaction. Despite this, an overwhelming majority (85%) plan to increase their AI and generative AI spending in 2024. Cognizant, in partnership with Oxford Economics, also forecasts that generative AI could contribute up to $1 trillion to the U.S. economy by 2032.

Dr. Manish Saggar of Stanford University School of Medicine highlights the lab’s role as a key research partner.
