Chicken Salad Chick opens new restaurant in Anderson, South Carolina

Chicken Salad Chick, a US fast casual chicken salad restaurant chain, announced the opening of a new restaurant in Anderson, South Carolina, as per an announcement made in late April.

The Anderson restaurant, located at 1708 East Greenville Street, is Chicken Salad Chick’s sixth location in the Upstate region while taking its count to 11 in South Carolina.

Chicken Salad Chick said that the restaurant is closely adhering to South Carolina’s state and local guidelines for the pandemic with all measures for social distancing in place.

The South Carolina expansion plans of Chicken Salad Chick were driven by multi-unit franchise owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of Sing Bev Hospitality.

Since the opening of their first Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Greenville in 2013, the duo now owns and operates a dozen locations throughout the Carolinas, which include all the locations of the brand across Upstate South Carolina.

Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton are also planning to open a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant at Rock Hill in South Carolina later this year.
