CBIZ acquires Washington, DC based Alliance Insurance Services
CBIZ has acquired considerably all the assets of Alliance Insurance Services (AIS) based in Washington, DC, for an undisclosed price, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.
Alliance Insurance Services, which has roots dating back to 1986, is an independent insurance agency that serves the DC metro area. The insurance agency offers property and casualty insurance apart from personal lines to small and midsized clients across several industries including charter schools, construction, real estate, and technology.
Alliance Insurance Services has a workforce of nine people and nearly $1.6 million in annual revenue.
