Cart.com acquires third-party logistics provider Sauceda Industries

Cart.com, a US-based end-to-end ecommerce-as-a-service provider, has acquired Sauceda Industries for an undisclosed price.

Based in Austin, Texas, Sauceda Industries is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider which offers fulfillment services to ecommerce brands.

Cart.com said that the transaction grows its existing fulfillment services, which provide optimized infrastructure for online merchants in order to compete with the largest retailers in the world.

Founded in 2013 by Jay B. Sauceda, Sauceda Industries caters to brands that require complete omnichannel support. The 3PL provider has integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, Magento, Walmart, eBay, and other major ecommerce platforms.

Sauceda Industries offers flexible and scalable services such as D2C fulfillment, B2B fulfillment, subscriptions fulfillment, storage-as-a-service, and FBA prep.
