BSE Ebix to distribute LIC insurance products on digital platform

BSE Ebix Insurance Broking has signed an insurance broker agreement with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) to distribute the latter’s products on its hi-tech platform.

The joint venture of BSE and Ebix Singapore will offer life and health insurance products from LIC to its customers by tapping its omni-channel digital presence.

BSE Ebix Insurance Broking said that it aims to reach out to all the citizens of India and offer insurance solutions. The digital insurance broker stated that the launch of LIC products on its platform is a major development for it as life insurance is conventionally among the fastest growing insurance segments in India.
