BrightPet Nutrition acquires pet food manufacturer Raw Advantage Processing
BrightPet Nutrition Group, a marketer and manufacturer of high-grade pet foods, treats, and care products, has announced its acquisition of Raw Advantage Processing, a family-owned co-manufacturer of freeze-dried and frozen raw pet food and treats based in Salem, Oregon.
This purchase, supported by middle-market private equity investment fund A&M Capital Partners (AMCP), marks BrightPet Nutrition Group’s third acquisition, bolstering its standing as a leading provider of freeze-dried and frozen raw pet foods.
It enhances BrightPet Nutrition Group’s operational scale and manufacturing capabilities while establishing a West Coast operational base. This strategic move is expected to provide improved customer service and unlock high-growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.

Furthermore, it will grant additional capital resources to continue investing in capacity to meet customers’ long-term strategic growth objectives.
The acquisition paves the way for significant potential benefits for BrightPet Nutrition Group and its customers. The consolidation of Raw Advantage Processing’s expertise will expand BrightPet Nutrition Group’s product offerings and capacity, catering to the surging demand for premium freeze-dried and frozen raw pet food and treats.
