Brigade Group to develop high-end residences in Mysuru, next to JW Golf Club

In a significant move in the real estate sector, Brigade Group has inked a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop luxury residences in Mysuru, with an impressive Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 300 crores. This new venture, located in the prime area of Kurubarahalli, adjacent to the JW Golf Club Mysuru, is set to spread over an expansive area of 4 acres.

Luxurious Living with Scenic Views

According to Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, this luxury residential project is a testament to Brigade’s three-decade-strong presence in Mysuru. The luxury residential development will feature large units, including penthouses, all designed with premium amenities. Residents will enjoy the scenic beauty of Chamundi Hills and the proximity to the Mysore Golf Club, enhancing the living experience.

Brigade Group’s Expanding Residential Portfolio

This JDA adds to Brigade Group’s extensive residential portfolio in Mysuru, which includes over 25 projects such as Brigade Symphony, Brigade Topaz, Brigade Mountain View, and Brigade Palmgrove, along with earlier successes like Brigade Splendour, Brigade Citadel, and Brigade Solitaire.

Future Prospects

Brigade Group also has a strong pipeline of around 13 million square feet in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, of which 11 million square feet is earmarked for residential projects. This indicates a robust growth trajectory for the company in the real estate sector.
