Bowman Consulting Group, a Virginia-based engineering services firm, has agreed to acquire Arizona-based Perry Engineering for an undisclosed price.
Established in 2012, Perry Engineering offers civil engineering consulting and land surveying services. Headquartered in Tucson, the company caters to residential, commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare-related projects.
It has public as well as private sector clients across the Tucson area. Additionally, Perry Engineering serves as on-call engineers for undertaking plan and report reviews for various local jurisdictions.

Post-acquisition, Perry Engineering will join Bowman Consulting Group’s operations in Tucson, which are focused on land planning, survey, and mining engineering.

The deal, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is slated to close on 2 February 2022.
